Kate Bush has become the first female artist in history to have eight albums concurrently in the UK official Albums Chart.
These include two albums in the Top 10, the compilation The Whole Story and her 1985 classic, Hounds of Love.
Bush is now outranked only by Elvis Presley, who had 12 entries in the Top 40 following his death in 1977, and The Beatles, who achieved 11 entries after their albums were reissued in 2009.
Bush had already achieved the distinction of being the first female artist to achieve a UK number one with a self-written song, with Wuthering Heights in 1978.
The 56-year-old singer is currently performing a 22-night run at London's Hammersmith Apollo theatre with her Before The Dawn shows, her first live gigs in over 35 years.
