Christy Moore will play a special concert for the children of Gaza at Vicar Street, Dublin on Sunday, October 12.

The legendary singer - whose current album is Where I Come From - will be accompanied by Declan Sinnott.

All funds from the Vicar Street concert will go directly to aid  traumatised children in Gaza. Tickets priced €40.00 go on sale this Friday, August 22 and are available from www.ticketmaster.ie and outlets nationwide.

For more information go to www.christymoore.com or www.aikenpromotions.com.

Released in 2013, Where I Come From is a three-CD set from the bard of Newbridge featuring Moore originals. Many of these songs were re-recorded for the project, with live cuts and new songs as extras.
