Two months after a New Jersey car accident , Tracy Morgan’s lawyer reveals that Tracy Morgan has made some progress in his recovery, but still has a long way to go.
"The truth is he's struggling, but he's fighting hard," Attorney Benedict Morelli told the Today TV programme .
"He's got the fighting spirit, but every day is different. Some days he's very down."
Morgan suffered several cracked ribs and a severely broken leg after a Wal-Mart tractor-trailer drove into the Mercedes-Benz limousine van in which he was travelling in the company of several of his friends on June 7.
The comedian's friend and mentor James (Jimmy Mack) McNair lost his life in the crash, while Morgan, his assistant Jeffrey Millea, and comedian Ardie Fuqua were all injured.
Attorney Morelli declared that Morgan can't shake feeling responsible for the deadly accident.
