Cate Blanchett has been named Vanity Fair's most stylish woman.

The Oscar-winning actress has topped the publication's annual International Best-Dressed List, replacing last year's winner Kerry Washington.

Downton Abbey star Michelle Dockery came in fourth place on the list, while 12 Years a Slave actress Lupita Nyong'o came in eighth.

Emmy Rossum and Emma Watson were in ninth and 10th place respectively.

On the men's list, Sherlock star Benedict Cumberbatch took the third place spot, Pacific Rim's Idris Elba came in fourth, while Neil Patrick Harris rounded off the top five.
