Ahead of the release of Guardians of the Galaxy, Marvel is giving fans a free sneak peek at 17 minutes of 3D IMAX footage in Cineworld Dublin this Friday, July 11.
The first look footage will be shown at 3:45pm on Friday July 11, and free tickets can be collected from the Cineworld Dublin box office at any time before 3.40pm on Friday.
Commenting on the exclusive footage, the film's director, James Gunn, said: "We've re-mastered some of our epic sequences into the IMAX format, taking the scope and scale to new heights while creating a truly immersive, cinematic experience that will take you further into the Marvel Universe than ever before."
Guardians of the Galaxy is released on Thursday July 31.
It follows on-the-run adventurer Peter Quill who forms an uneasy truce with "gun-toting raccoon" Rocket, "tree-like humanoid" Groot, "the deadly and enigmatic" Gamora and "the revenge-driven Drax the Destroyer".
The film stars Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, Vin Diesel as the voice of Groot, Bradley Cooper as the voice of Rocket, Lee Pace, Michael Rooker, Karen Gillan, Djimon Hounsou, John C Reilly, Glenn Close and Benicio del Toro.
