It seems bringing eighties-influenced art rock to the masses is hungry work - after their gig in Marley Park last Sunday night, Canadian band Arcade Fire headed west for a fish supper.

The six-piece band tucked into dinner at seafood restaurant Moran's Oyster Cottage in Kilcolgan, Co Galway on Monday night.

The restaurant owners posted two photos of the band with staff outside the restaurant on their Facebook page with the caption, "Lovely evening at the Weir with the Arcade Fire".

Roger Moore, Keith Floyd, Calista Flockhart, Pierce Brosnan, and Eddie Jordan have previously dined at Moran's.
