Dolly Parton has shrugged off suggestions that she mimed at this year's Glastonbury festival, saying: "My boobs are fake, my hair is fake, but what is real is my voice and my heart."
Parton pumped out hits and classics, including 9 to 5 and Islands in the Stream on the Pyramid Stage in front of over 100,000 music fans last Sunday night but there was speculation that she was miming.
In an interview with The Sun, she addressed the issue in typically humorous fashion. "My boobs are fake, my hair is fake, but what is real is my voice and my heart."
A spokesman also said, "She sings live. Some people don't know an amazing singer when they hear one."
