Psychologist and writer Maureen Gaffney invited people from across the country to join her for a series of workshops during which participants would be introduced to strategies to improve their happiness. The candidates would accordingly test them in their own day-to-day lives thereafter. The strategies offered all come from the growing science around happiness. Maureen meets some of the leading experts in this field of science in this two-part series which begins tonight.
