A question about hit TV series Sherlock has featured on this year's Junior Cert English paper.
An essay by British writer Caitlin Moran entitled My Love Affair With Sherlock was used for a reading comprehension question.
The piece originally appeared in The Times newspaper in the UK and it recounts how series creators Steven Moffat and Mark Gattiss went into near meltdown when the BBC told them that the broadcast date of the first show had been moved forward.
The Irish Times' Examwatch column sent the question onto Moran and she happily retweeted it.
@Examwatch I am utterly THRILLED but suspect it might have something more to do with being able to use a picture of Benedict looking hot— Caitlin Moran (@caitlinmoran) June 4, 2014
