Brad Pitt has secured a restraining order against his red carpet attacker Vitalii Sediuk.
The 50-year-old star obtained a temporary emergency protection order forcing Sediuk to stay at least 500 feet away from him for the next five days.
Pitt appeared to be hit in the face by the Ukrainian while attending the Hollywood premiere of his fiancée Angelina Jolie's new movie, Maleficent.
The 25-year-old was previously placed on probation for three years after trying to interrupt Adele's speech at the 2013 Grammy Awards, and could now face criminal prosecution for attacking the actor.
Sediuk - who claims to work for Studio 1+1, a website and channel in his native country - has become known for pranking celebrities on the red carpet.
His previous victims include America Ferrara, Bradley Cooper, Leonardo DiCaprio and Will Smith.
