Quentin Tarantino has reportedly had a change of heart and is to start filming The Hateful Eight this November.
The Pulp Fiction director had announced he was not going to make the Western after Gawker.com published an early draft of the script.
Tarantino filed a copyright infringement lawsuit seeking $1 million in damages against editors at Gawker.com.
The suit was dismissed in April, but the 51- year-old was allowed to amend it and refile, which he did earlier this month.
However he has since asked a judge to withdraw the action, and now it appears he is planning to make the Western after all, with production beginning this November.
Samuel L. Jackson, Kurt Russell, Amber Tamblyn, Walton Goggins, Tim Roth, Michael Madsen and Bruce Dern are expected to star.
