Mick Jagger has endorsed the controversial choice of Metallica as a head-liner at this year's Glastonbury Festival, saying that the veteran metallers are ”going to be great."
The band were recently revealed as the festival's third and final head-liner earlier this month, joining Kasabian and Arcade Fire in the line-up at Worthy Farm in Somerset from June 25 to 29.
"I've seen them live and they're going to be great." Jagger said.
"In Metallica we have a saying called a no-brainer,“ said drummer Lars Ulrich. “Headlining Glastonbury is a no-brainer."
