Adele has topped the Sunday Times Rich List for music stars under 30, with Calvin Harris coming in second place.
Rolling in the Deep singer Adele has seen her fortune grow by about 50% in a year in which she released no new material, with an estimated worth of £45 million.
DJ Calvin Harris tails in second place with £30 million, after a year that saw him score a string of major hits. He has had nine top singles from his latest album 18 Months and has worked with top acts such as Rihanna and Cheryl Cole.
Speaking of Cole, she has dropped to third in the list after coming in second place last year, with an estimated worth of £16 million.
The five members of One Direction have taken joint fourth place with an estimated £14 million each, with a combined fortune of £70 million.
