The Hunger Games: Catching Fire was the big winner at last night's MTV Movie Awards taking home three awards including Movie of the Year.

Jennifer Lawrence took home the Best Female Performance prize for her role in the film with her co-star Josh Hutcherson taking home the gong for Best Male Performance.

Hutcherson dedicated his award to the late Philip Seymour Hoffman saying, "I know that if Philip were here, he would really think this is really cool. To have him in our movies was one of the coolest things in the world. He's one of the actors I've looked up to my entire life. We think about him every day on set. Wherever he is, this definitely goes out to him as well."

The Wolf of Wall Street was another big winner on the night taking home two awards, one for Best Comedic Performance by Jonah Hill and the #WTF award for the scene in which Leonardo DiCaprio's character attempts to drive his Lamborghini home.

Will Poulter, star of We're The Millers, took home the award for Breakthrough Performance and Best Kiss.

Having promised fans that he would accept the Best Shirtless Performance topless if he won, Zac Efron took to the stage to accept the award only to have his shirt ripped off by Rita Ora.
