Superhero movies Wolverine and Fantastic Four have had sequels green lit and Fox also has a mystery project lined up.
Fox have announced they will be making three more Marvel movies over the next few years. The new films - a Wolverine and a Fantastic Four sequel and a mystery Marvel project - are scheduled for release from 2017 and onwards.
According to Variety the next Wolverine is set for March 3, 2017, the Fantastic Four sequel is pencilled in for July 14, 2017, and the last one is due to arrive on July 13, 2018.
While details on the latter two projects are rather sparse, it was confirmed last November that Hugh Jackman will be reprise the role of the iconic mutant for a follow-up to 2013's The Wolverine alongside director James Mangold.
The first Fantastic Four movie hasn't even started filming yet with production due to commence. Miles Teller, Kate Mara, Michael B. Jordan and Jamie Bell are all set to star.
As for the 2018 mystery project, there is a rumour doing the rounds that it will be Fox's equivalent of Marvel Studios' The Avengers, meaning a Fantastic Four/X-Men crossover could be in the pipeline.
