The Flaming Lips and Bell X1 are among the first acts to be announced for this year's Forbidden Fruit Festival at Dublin's Royal Hospital in Kilmainham this June.
The Oklahoma psych freaks will be making their first trip to Ireland in three years while Bell X1 will be playing their only Dublin show this summer at the festival which takes place over the June Bank Holiday Weekend of May 31 and June 1.
Electronic music producer Flying Lotus will also play his Dublin debut and he will be bringing his new live 3D audiovisual show to the grounds of The Royal Hospital.
Bristol experimental duo F*** Buttons, German electronica artist Nils Frahm, English indie rockers The Young Knives, and Dublin newcomers Vann Music have also been announced for the Saturday night line-up.
Early bird tickets priced from €49.50 for one day and from €99.50 for two day are on sale now. General one-day tickets are €59.50 and two-day tickets are €110.00.
Sunday acts will be announced tomorrow (March 13) at 11.00am.
