The Voice battles draw to a close

In tonight's episode of The Voice of Ireland the hopefuls have one chance to impress the coaches and gain a place on the live shows.

The race is on and Dolores, Kian, Jamelia and Bressie feel the heat as we see tears, fears and mounting tensions as one contestant comes under fire for "mouthing off."

There will be 5 Battles on the show this week:

Team Bressie: Heather Stuart (from Dublin) vs Sarah Sylvia (from Stillorgan, Dublin) singing “She Keeps Me Warm” by Mary Lambert

Team Kian: Dagan Vickers (from Dublin) v Paddy Molloy (from Donegal) singing “Radioactive” by Kings of Leon

Team Jamelia: Daisy Valenzuela (from Dublin) v Kelly Hannon (from Tallaght, Dublin) singing “Fighter” by Christina Aguilera

Team Dolores: Kellie Lewis (from Limerick) v Pauric McLoughlin (from Navan, Co. Meath) singing “True Colours” by Cyndi Lauper

Team Bressie: Rowell Villones (from Tralee, Co. Kerry) v Brendan McCahey (from Shercock, Co. Cavan) singing “Every time you go away” by Hall and Oates

You can catch The Voice of Ireland tonight at 6.30pm (March 9) on RTÉ One.
