The creator of Flappy Birds, one of the most popular Apps ever made, has pulled the App from both Apple App Store and Google Play.
Dong Nguyen called time on the game when he tweeted yesterday (@dongatory) "I can't take it anymore" although he didn't clarify whether it was because of the complaints over how addictive the game is or some other reason.
However he did confirm on Twitter that it wasn't for legal reasons and that he was not planning on selling the game.
Flappy Birds has been downloaded more than 50 million times and was the top download for almost a month plus it made $50,000 a day in advertising, Nguyen told The Verge website.
The game is still available to people who have already downloaded it.
