Singer Eleanor McEvoy plays a number of Irish dates before further dates in Scotland, England and a seven-week tour of Australia, starting on March 12.
McEvoy has clocked up an incredible amount of road miles in her career as a singer-songwriter, which famously began over 20 years ago with the smash hit Only A Woman’s Heart.
This coming Wednesday 22, she plays St. Michan's Church, Dublin as part of Trad Fest 2014. On Thursday 23, she performs in Garter Lane, Waterford. “Then I hit the road for 15 dates in Scotland and England, followed by some more Irish shows when I return home, “ the Wexford-based, Dublin-born singer reveals in her newsletter.
She embarks on a gruelling seven-week tour of Australia, starting on March 12. “After that there's some more Irish dates, a few festivals, a show in Copenhagen in May and some shows in Germany in October.”
