Iron Man director Jon Favreau is reportedly in talks to direct Disney's live adaption of The Jungle Book.
According to reports production on the classic Rudyard Kipling story could commence as early as next year.
Favreau is already on board to direct Disney's Magic Kingdom, an action-packed adventure flick set at the Disneyland theme park in California.
Justin Marks is currently writing the script for The Jungle Book, while producers are yet to be announced.
The story will once again tell the tale of Mowgli, a young boy raised by Indian jungle animals, with a bear and a panther as friends, who spend their time avoiding a vicious tiger.
