Dr Who star Matt Smith has reportedly filmed his final scenes as the Doctor which will be seen at Christmas.
He's due to depart the sci-fi show this Christmas and if a recent tweet by producer Marcus Wilson, who is also leaving the show, is anything to go by, filming for the festive special is done and dusted.
He wrote: "So it's goodnight from me, and it's goodnight from him. That's a wrap. Christmas 2013. Thank you all."
Peter Capaldi, who has been cast as the twelfth Doctor, visited the set of the show on Thursday (October 3) to film his first scenes.
Smith is set to appear as the Doctor in two more episodes before his departure. He will next appear alongside David Tennant and John Hurt in the 50th anniversary special The Day of the Doctor.
Companions Jenna Coleman and Billie Piper will also appear as Clara Oswald and Rose Tyler.
