Ben Affleck has dropped out of two planned directorial projects.
The 41-year-old star has stepped down from Tell No One and The Stand after accepting the role of Batman in the Man of Steel sequel.
The Wrap reports that Affleck will no longer direct the remake of Guillaume Canet's French thriller Tell No One.
Elsewhere, Deadline reports that Affleck will be replaced by Scott Cooper on the upcoming adaptation of the Stephen King apocalypse epic The Stand.
The actor and director was previously reported to have exited the Dennis Lehane adaptation Live By Night.
Affleck is believed to have signed on to play Batman in multiple films.
His deal with Warner Bros. for the upcoming Man of Steel sequel could also see him in line to direct The Justice League movie when the time comes.
