What a load of cap! The Healy Raes are coming to TV3

A fly-on-the-wall series following Kerry political family the Healy Raes, a new documentary on Sinn Fein, and a revival of Brendan Grace's schoolboy tearway Bottler are among the new shows coming to TV3 this Autumn.

Also in the new line-up are The Great Irish Bake Off, Celebrity Apprentice, Keith Barry, Brain Hacker, Midwives, Pressure Point, Can’t Move? Improve! and Save Your Money.

The station also announced GUBU, a new two-part series re-examining the extraordinary Irish political events of 30 years ago, Challenging God with Vincent Browne, Sinn Fein: Who are they? and The Kennedys’ Irish Mafia.

In At Home with the Healy Raes, presenter Ciara Doherty spends a couple of weeks living in South Kerry with the Kerry family. The billing for the new show reads: “Whether it’s out sharing Michael’s passion for shooting, watching Jackie enjoy his retirement, or pulling pints in the family pub with Danny, there’s never a dull moment with the Healy Rae family.”

Former TD Liz O’Donnell, Amanda Brunker, Emma Quinlan, Daniella Moyles, Frances Black and Mikey Graham are among the participants who find out whether they’re hired or fired in Celebrity Apprentice.

New dating show Fact or Fancy? challenges one girl to find her ideal date from the studio audience over three rounds of questions. Bottler is an animation and live-action production set in 1960’s Dublin which sees Grace’s young Bottler character and his friends get involved in various adventures.

The team from Celebrity Apprentice may need a new spell check

Game show The Lie gives contestants the chance to win big money; all they have to do is survive a nail-biting series of rounds, risking an increasing amount of cash on their ability to spot the lie.

The X Factor, I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here! and Ant & Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway will also return to the station.
