Leonardo DiCaprio is reteaming with his Django Unchained co-star Jamie Foxx for a new crime movie Mean Business.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the film is based on S. Craig Zahler's forthcoming crime novel, who will also write the script.

The book is about two detectives who join forces to stop a series of attacks on a police department.

A disgraced detective (DiCaprio) is sent to a Missouri town where crime is spiking and is partnered with a detective with his own violent issues (Foxx).

After police officers start becoming targets for murder, the detectives decide to dish out their own brand of justice.

As yet there is no director for the project, which will be produced by DiCaprio with his Appian Way partner Jennifer Davisson Killoran.

DiCaprio can next be seen in Martin Scorsese's Wolf of Wall Street, while Foxx stars alongside Channing Tatum in White House Down.
