The stars of Riverdance, led by Jean Butler, will be attempting to break the world record for the Longest Riverdance Line on July 21.

They are calling on the people of Ireland to take part in the Guinness World Record attempt, with over 2,000 participants expected to line up along the banks of the River Liffey in Dublin.

If you would like to take part, Riverdance - The Gathering are holding pop-up dance classes on Saturday, June 29 on Dublin's South King Street in front of the Gaiety and Cork's Opera Lane from 12pm - 2pm.

For two hours the Riverdance dancers will be teaching some easy Irish dancing steps so you can take part in the opportunity to break the record for the world's longest Riverdance line on Sunday Jul 21.
