After six years together actor Edward Norton has finally popped the question to his long-term girlfriend Shauna Robertson.
According to the New York Post, the 41-year-old ‘Fight Club’ star reportedly proposed three weeks ago while the couple were on holiday in India.
Norton's ex Courtney Love, has been the first person to publicly congratulate the couple on their news, saying. "Wow, it's about time. He's 41, they've been together for six years. He needs to have babies."
Love also praised Norton as a "great character."
"He's very political. I see him being a senator one day," she added about the actor, with whom she had a relationship with for four years back in the 1990s.
The actor's fiancé, Shauna Robertson, is a film producer who has worked on films such as 'Knocked Up', 'Superbad' and 'Pineapple Express'.
The couple are also co-founders of Crowdrise, a fund-raising charity website which is currently helping generate funds to help the Japanese Earthquake and Tsunami relief fund.
