Wayne struggles with the pregnancy. He is packing his things when Jo comes to see him. She tries to make him see that Orla needs his support but fails to win him over. Dolores is prompted to speak up about her concern when she sees her son moving out of McCoy’s. Her words hit home when she explains that Orla is in it for the long haul and needs his support.
Elsewhere, the big move is in progress. Pete is determined to get the contracting job with Paul. When Paul puts the pressure on Damien and Pete they realise they must agree to the lower price to secure the work.
Meanwhile, Tommy informs Judith he is moving in above the surgery with Jane. Later, Bob and Judith are enjoying dinner in Vino’s when they are interrupted by Tommy and Jane who sit at the next table. Judith is forced to endure her meal with her ex-husband and his girlfriend and struggles to hide her discomfort when it becomes clear Tommy still has feelings for her as he stares at her longingly.
Later in the week, Tommy returns home exhausted from the night shift, his mind preoccupied with Judith. He suggests to Jane they need a weekend away. Tommy’s wants to show Judith that he’s moving on by clearing out some of the memorabilia from their life together. Jane helps him unpack his belongings for their new home and suggests he should consider getting rid of his wedding ring too. Tommy removes his wedding ring to please Jane.
Also, Kerri-Ann admits to Mondo that she misses her old friends in Liverpool. She tries distracting herself by applying for the manager’s role in the salon and spruces up her CV to impress Niamh. She asks Ama to have a look over her CV before she submits it however Ama lies and says she is busy with plans to go out with an old friend. Mondo is unimpressed that Ama has fobbed off Kerri-Ann once again. Kerri-Ann makes a bet with Mondo that Ama would not deceive her over something so small.
