This week in Carraigstown, Amanda gives Rachel an ultimatum, while Tommy is distracted with Bob and Judith’s romance.
While Tommy and Jane head off on an outdoor adventure trip; Bob and Judith continue to ignore each other. Jo encourages Bob to go speak to Judith in her surgery. Judith is unhappy to see him and it isn’t long before the insults begin to fly. Bob having had enough goes to storm off when the handle, he previously fixed, comes off the door, leaving them both trapped inside Judith’s office.
Elsewhere, Amanda gives Rachel an ultimatum that if she fails to complete her homework in time, she will reveal the video of her flour-bombing Ray to everyone. Bob witnessing the exchange becomes suspicious of the gang of girls surrounding Rachel in the Hungry Pig. Later, Bob, not wanting to impose, informs Niamh of the earlier events and insists he will be keeping a watchful eye over Rachel in future.
Meanwhile, Yvonne’s court case is fast approaching. Yvonne is resolute that she does not want her father attending her court case. Bela, agreeing to Yvonne’s request, feels relieved that Dan will accompany Yvonne in court and will be there to look after her.
Later in the week, Carol is surprised to discover that Dan will not be attending Yvonne’s court case. After making a promise to Bela, Dan feels helpless, but he insists to Carol that he must respect Yvonne’s decision. Elsewhere Bob assures Yvonne’s that he is on her side even though he is a witness for Martin Baxter’s defence team. Yvonne is touched by Bob’s pledge.
Also, Tommy is distracted with Bob and Judith’s romance. However, he is thwarted by Jane who is determined to take his mind off his brother’s death and Leo’s court case. Tommy dismisses her and attends the court case.
