This week in Carraigstown Paul and Niamh are still oblivious to Rachel’s bullying, while Dan meets with Yvonne and realises that things are far from fixed.
Decco feels humiliated in front of Caoimhe when he has to apologise to Dan for everything that has happened. Dan makes matters worse dismissing Decco and implies he is not the sharpest tool in the box. Later on Dan is unnerved when he gets a call from his home phone and he leaves to investigate.
Elsewhere, Paul and Niamh are still oblivious to Rachel’s bullying by Amanda and Ciara. Rachel reads to her horror the numerous comments posted about her drunken photo online but she covers telling nobody. Later in the Hungry Pig Rachel is on edge with Callum because Amanda comes in and smirks at her snidely and Rachel gets up and leaves.
Meanwhile, Dan meets with Yvonne and realises that things are far from fixed with Yvonne as she speaks frankly to him about her fears over the trial. She is worried about confronting Martin again and is absorbed with fear despite Dan’s efforts to reassure her Goo-Eyes won’t be coming near her again.
Later in the week, Carol is amused when Wayne discusses how he’s discovered that women’s magazines are a treasure trove of information for men and says he has uncovered some top tips in preparation for his ‘couples quiz’ in McCoy’s later. Jo and Dermot prepare for the quiz brushing up on their knowledge of each other, Jo is taking it all too seriously in her ever competitive fashion.
Also, a love-struck Tommy bumps into Judith and suggests flying Neasa and Dearbhla back for Caoimhe’s birthday but Judith reminds him how unrealistic it is, as money is still tight. He is irked when he asks to meet up later to discuss Caoimhe’s birthday but Judith says she can’t as she has made plans.
