When Ava talks to Dexter about the implications of the kidney operation he begins to worry and isn’t as confident about going through with the procedure as he has been. Guilt starts to eat away at Dexter and his worry grows when Sam’s health takes a turn for the worse.

Dexter must make a decision about whether or not to go ahead with the transplant and the possibility of him giving Sam his kidney causes trouble between Ava and Cora.

Michael takes things too far when winding up Janine and she is afraid. He continues to manipulate Alice and his warped mind goes into overdrive and he is focussed on ruining Janine.

David continues to charm his way around Walford and he tries to persuade his step-sister Janine to loan him some money. With everyone falling for his charm, will Carol take him up on a big offer he’s made?

One person who is not falling for David’s charm is Ian who is shocked to find him back in the square and warns him to stay away from his family. But will David listen?
