In 1998, On Stream Press published a wonderful little cookbook by Frank Moynihan called 'A Pinch of This', with practical, can-cook recipes for all hungers and occasions.

A charity project in aid of the Cancer Clinical Research Trust and patient care at St Vincent's Hospital, Dublin, 'In the Pot' brings together the kitchen wisdom, hand-me-down delights and anecdotes of well-known people, cancer survivors and their families. Whether you fancy cookies or sit-down meals, or have a full cupboard or neatly empty fridge, there's something here for you, with recipes to grace any repertoire.
