Digital Spy reports that Coolio left the house on Saturday by "mutual agreement" with Big Brother following arguments with fellow contestant Nadia.

Speaking to Victor about the views he had expressed in the Diary Room, Nick said: "I said, 'I think it's unfair that Coolio was sacrificed. I think that behaviour with the pillow case - if that was me I'd be out the door. Both of them [Coolio and Nadia] on that basis should have been out of the door'."

Victor replied: "That is never gonna happen though, especially with me - Nadia was in my [series of 'Big Brother'], she was one of the favourite ones."

Nick said he asked Big Brother if the programme was an "entertainment contest" or a "popularity contest".

"If it's entertainment, it's for entertaining; if it's popular, we'll sit there and get on with it and walk away," he said.
