Cowell rep cannot confirm engagement

Speaking to People, Clifford said "I see it being repeated everywhere" and added "But when I asked him last Wednesday, when he and Mezhgan were about to fly back to LA, I said, 'Are you engaged?' His answer was, 'Max, I'm not engaged.' That was last Wednesday."
However Clifford, who is due to marry in the new few weeks, also added that he wouldn't be surprised if Cowell walked down the aisle sooner rather than later.
He continued "I said to him, 'So, there's going to be two weddings this year?'" Clifford continued "Normally he would say, 'Don't be so ridiculous' or 'In your wildest dreams.' But he said, 'Who knows?'"
Speaking about Cowell and Hussainy's relationship Clifford added: "They have known each other for years. They've actually been going out together for the last year. She knows him, she's been around him. So, she knows the person he is, and he knows the person she is. That's why it works so well."

And so it can be revealed . . . Tonight The Works broadcasts a special edition of the programme to announce Ireland's Favourite Painting. President Michael D. Higgins will unveil the most popular painting, as voted for by the public, in the company of presenter John Kelly. The general public had their say in assembled vox pops discussing the short-listed ten artworks. This week on Temple Street Children's Hospital we meet a baby named Mark Sheehan. Mark has been a long-term patient in the hospital's intensive care unit since he was born and has a number of complicated heart and breathing difficulties. In the first few weeks of his life, he had to undergo intensive surgery and his Mum, Dad, twin brother and other siblings based in Cork are all hopeful that one day he will eventually be strong enough to go home. We follow the journey of the medical team as they investigate Mark's complex condition and see the impact that his stay has had on the lives of his parents and extended family.
