Most of us enjoy getting make-up tips and learning how to improve our look, so 'Look Good Feel Good' is the perfect gift for any of your girlfriends.

In aid of the Marie Keating Foundation, this handy little book crams a lot of knowledge into its compact size. It promises to be 'a step-by-step make-up book to give you new confidence' and it doesn't disappoint.

The book is divided up into a number of sections for ease of use. They are: Know The Basics, Learn The Secrets, Beauty During And After Cancer Treatment and Look Good Feel Good The Makeovers. It tackles everything from daily skincare regimes and making your own facemasks to picking the perfect primer.

And importantly, considering the great cause that the book is raising money for, it also takes a look at the importance of looking and feeling good for cancer sufferers, offering advice about caring for wigs and recommending products to lift your look. There are also a number of personal, and very inspirational, stories featured.

This book is great for tips. If you're a make-up lover who just can't seem to achieve the right look then the step-by-step instructions and product recommendations offered here will definitely set you on the right track. Every lady should have one of these handy guides on their beauty shelf.
