Mirren to receive acting honour

The Oscar-winning actress will collect a Lifetime Achievement prize at the Women In Film And Television Awards.
She will be honoured for her "outstanding and lasting" contribution to film and TV at the 19th annual luncheon at Park Lane Hilton Hotel in London.
The 64-year-old, who won the Best Actress Oscar in 2007 for her role as Queen Elizabeth II in The Queen, joins last year's winner Julie Walters, as well as Dame Judi Dench, Dame Maggie Smith and Dame Diana Rigg as recipients of the award.
After becoming a household name playing straight-talking detective Jane Tennison in Prime Suspect, the actress has had roles in films such as Gosford Park, The Madness Of King George and most recently State Of Play alongside Russell Crowe and Ben Affleck.
