The 'Strictly Come Dancing' star was replaced by former boxing champ Joe Bugner.
Dallerup had been visibly struggling since she entered the show on Sunday, sobbing about how she was exhausted as other concerned contestants rallied round.
She told the show last night: "I've decided to leave the camp. I've had a chat with the medics and I've taken the decision because if I stayed any longer I could risk my health. I feel really weak like I could faint any time. I don't have any reserve. I'm a small person and I don't have any reserve to draw on and today when I woke up it's got worse every day. I just felt this was the worst I've ever felt. I was so weak I could hardly walk down to the river and back."
As Bugner prepared to enter the show, he admitted he had some reservations about the contest. The 59-year-old ex-British heavyweight champ, who only gave up fighting 10 years ago, said: "I do have butterflies. Not like when I fought Muhammad Ali or Joe Frazier, but I'm nervous with anticipation. I've never slept under a jungle canopy and I'm worried about all the creepy crawlies and things so I'm not going in as a happy man."
Contestant Katie Price was given a tongue-lashing by ex-'How Clean Is Your House' star Kim Woodburn who claimed the glamour girl was being hypocritical for claiming she had entered the jungle to "escape", while really revelling in the attention.
Woodburn said: "Look at her little face - 'I've come in here because I want some peace'. You know full well you've got 10 to 12 million people watching every night and you know, madam, you'll be all over the papers every day. Now stop it. Stop your nonsense."
