According to The Sun, Nick, who will now be played by former 'Footballers' Wives' star Ben Price, is back in Weatherfield to meet his mum and future step-dad.
However he ends up kissing Tina McIntyre (Michelle Keegan) after they meet on night out.
Unaware that Nick is David's brother or her soon to be step-brother, Tina ends up in his arms after a row with new love Jason.
Tina (Michelle Keegan) doesn't realise that his mum is Gail Platt (Helen Worth) who is to wed her dad Joe McIntyre (Reece Dinsdale).
She's shocked when her dad formally introduces them on Christmas Day and is then terrified at the prospect of Jason discovering her secret.
