Chris Brown's sentencing delayed

People reports that Superior Court Judge Patricia Schnegg made the decision yesterday to allow for clarification of his six-month community labour sentence.
Judge Schnegg said "We still have not received from Virginia what their community labor proposal would be, I do not favor community service, I favor something along the lines of Caltrans [freeway cleanup]."
20-year-old Brown attended yesterday's hearing with family members. A deal was reached on the case last month with Brown pleading guilty to the assault charge. He is expected to be given five years probation in addition to community labour.
