Law 'to become dad for fourth time'
Thursday 30 July 2009The single Sherlock Holmes actor, who already has three children with ex-wife Sadie Frost, allegedly had a love affair with the unnamed woman in December last year.
A source told The Mirror: "His relationship with the girl was a passing fling, nothing serious. It was supposed to be a bit of fun for the both of them. He had no idea she was pregnant until she called and told him."
They added: "Jude is a family man and he would not choose for a child to be born under these circumstances. But he wants to behave honourably."
His publicist released a statement saying: "Jude Law can confirm that, following a relationship last year, he has been advised that he is to be the father of a child due in the fall of this year.
"Mr Law is no longer in a relationship with the individual concerned but he intends to be a fully supportive part of the child's life."
Law apparently broke the news to Frost and his children on Tuesday.
