Cowell considered Pierson for Talent job

According to the Daily Star, Cowell spoke with the 'Hotel Babylon' actress about appearing on the show as a fourth judge, before television presenter Kelly Brook was drafted into the line-up.
The music mogul said: "[Emma's] very sexy and talented so I went to meet her in LA. I guess it was kind of a job interview."
"Emma is first and foremost an actress but I really wanted her to come on the show. I wanted to move her to the next step.
"Of course it didn't work out - we got Kelly and then we had to let her go. I don't know what would have happened if Emma had joined."
Brook left the 'Britain's Got Talent' panel after producers decided that the format of the show didn't work with four people on the panel.
