Singer Chris Brown quizzed about incident

The 19-year-old surrendered himself to a police station in Los Angeles on Sunday evening where he was interviewed by detectives about an earlier incident in a car.
Police did not identify the alleged victim of the incident but the report said Brown and his companion "became involved in an argument. After stopping his car, Brown and the woman got out and the argument escalated. The woman suffered visible injuries and identified Brown as her attacker."
Brown was later released after posting bail of $50,000. Brown is, according to the arrest report, due in court March 5.
He has been due to perform his song 'Forever' on stage at the Los Angeles' Staples Center at the Grammys but was forced to cancel.
His girlfriend, 20-year-old Rihanna, also cancelled her scheduled Grammys appearance.
