Kate Moss voted Britain's Best-Dressed star
Monday 7 April 2008The London-born supermodel lost out to Kylie Minogue last year, after previously being named the Best-Dressed for three years running.
Minogue has now dropped down to number 19 on the list this year, with the magazine blaming her fall in popularity on the lace black catsuit she wore on 'The X Factor'.
Supermodel of the moment Agyness Deyn failed to make the top 50, as did Nicole Kidman, Lily Allen and Coleen McLoughlin.
Troubled star Britney Spears was named the Worst-Dressed, with Jodie Marsh, Naomi Campbell, Amy Winehouse and Joss Stone joining her in the list.
The top five Best-Dressed list is completed by Sienna Miller, Scarlett Johansson, 'The OC' star Rachel Bilson, Jennifer Aniston, and Alexa Chung.
Keira Knightly is at number nine, with designer Vera Wang saying: "What makes her so attractive and appealing is the tomboyish aspect to her. To be so beautiful and yet so unaware of it I find incredibly modern."
The list, voted for by readers, appears with the May issue of Glamour magazine.
