Spice Girls at war over reunion shows?
Monday 8 October 2007Last week, Halliwell suggested that the girls should perform some of their solo hits at the forthcoming concerts, but Beckham is determined to veto the idea.
She has been backed by Mel B, but Geri is receiving support from Mel C and Emma Bunton, who are keen to take part in a solo section.
An insider told the Sunday Mirror: "Geri is pushing to sing her stuff and she's arguing they have two hours to fill and fans want to hear the solo hits.
"Victoria is adamant she'll not do it and is digging her heels in. She says that, when she signed up, one stipulation was that she will not sing solo. The others are split."
Scary, Sporty, Ginger, Posh, and Baby Spice launch their world tour in Vancouver, Canada on December 2. They will also perform in cities including Los Angeles, Las Vegas, New York, San Jose, Shanghai, Madrid, Beijing and Cape Town.
The tour will come to London on December 15, 16 and 18 and January 2.
