Hilton claims assault after scuffle

Elliot Mintz, Paris' publicist claimed that Moakler accosted the socialite at an exclusive Sunset Boulevard club, screaming obscenities and then belting her in the jaw.
Whereas Moakler, the 1992 Miss USA and former playboy playmate, said in her report that Hilton's date, Stavros Niarchos, poured a drink over her head and shoved her down some stairs.
Hilton has been recently photographed while out on the town with Moakler's estranged husband Travis Barker of rock band Blink 182.
