George Clooney says no to politics

Clooney, who won an Oscar for his role in 2006 geopolitical thriller 'Syriana', was at an event where California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger signed legislation aimed at banning investment in the troubled Darfur region of Sudan.
When told that fans were wondering if he would run for office, he said: "Believe me, you don't want me in politics."
Clooney, who is a liberal Democrat, is well known for his political activism.
Lately, he has become a vocal campaigner on the situation in Darfur, urging Congress and the United Nations to help end atrocities there.
Referring to the 1997 film 'Batman and Robin' in which he starred with Schwarzenegger, Clooney said: "He's gone on to be governor, and I still think I'm Batman."
