X Factor auditions set for Dublin

Westlife manager Louis Walsh, who is one of the judges on the talent show, asked producers to do a round of auditions in Dublin this year.
A spokesperson for TalkbackThames, one of the producers of the show, said: "He had been looking for them to be held in Dublin."
The spokesperson also confirmed that open auditions would not be held on the day. "The auditions are closed. We asked people to apply, they were given application forms, sent them in and invitations were issued," she said.
Thousands are expected to audition for Walsh and his fellow judges Simon Cowell and Sharon Osbourne when they arrive in Dublin on 5 July.
