Moss voted most stylish British woman ever
Tuesday 21 February 2006The 32-year-old supermodel came ahead of some of the last century's most iconic fashion figures, like Twiggy and Diana, Princess of Wales.
Actress Sienna Miller, 24, is second in the poll, followed by 20-year-old Oscar-nominated 'Pride And Prejudice' star Keira Knightley.
The survey was completed by more than 5,000 readers of the weekly glossy magazine 'Grazia'.
The late Princess Diana is fourth, while fifth place goes to fashion designer Stella McCartney.
Sixties model Twiggy is sixth, followed by TV presenter Cat Deeley, Victoria Beckham, and actresses Elizabeth Taylor and Rachel Weisz.
'Grazia' editor Jane Bruton said that, ''Kate Moss may have tripped up recently but with 17% of readers voting her as Britain's Most Stylish Woman, she never seems to put a fashion foot wrong.''
''It's great to see the varied interpretations of what being stylish is with such a wide range of women making it into the poll,'' she added.
