Madness reveal new album details
Friday 12 August 2005'The Dangermen Sessions', contains cover versions of artists including Buster, Desmond Dekker and Bob Marley.
Frontman Suggs says the band are enjoying jamming sessions together and playing songs by their heroes such as The Kinks.
According to ITV.com, Suggs said: "I would never in a million years suggest that I could add something to a Bob Marley song, but if you can't add something of your own personality or make it slightly different, then I don't think there's any point."
Suggs has revealed that the band have put up posters around Camden, north London advertising themselves as The Dangermen.
"It's a very nice way of giving ourselves the freedom of playing what we want."
The album is set for release on 16 August.
