Hunt to make her directorial debut

Variety reports that Hunt will also star in the movie, which she has adapted from the Elinor Lipman novel of the same name.
The film tells the story of a Philadelphia schoolteacher in the midst of a midlife crisis: her husband leaves her; her adoptive mother dies; her birth mother, an eccentric talk show host, re-enters her life and she begins an affair with the father of one of her students.
Diane Keaton and Woody Harrelson are in negotiations to star opposite Hunt.
Commenting on the film, Hunt said: "It is a story about betrayal and the surprising, funny and redemptive things that are borne out of that."
