Connery returning as Bond for game
Tuesday 5 April 2005The Hollywood Reporter says that Connery's likeness will appear in the game and he will also record dialogue for the new title from gaming giant Electronic Arts.
The likenesses of Connery's fellow 'From Russia with Love' stars Robert Shaw (Donald 'Red' Grant), Desmond Llewelyn (Q), Lois Maxwell (Miss Moneypenny), Daniela Bianchi (Tatiana Romanova) and Lotte Lenya (Rosa Klebb) will also appear in the game.
Speaking about the game, Connery said: "As an artist, I see this as another way to explore the creative process. Video games are an extremely popular form of entertainment today, and I am looking forward to seeing how it all fits together."
The game is due out in the autumn on PlayStation 2, Xbox and GameCube.
